Abstract
本研究利用氧化鋁添加氧化鎳在還原氣氛下燒結製備出的氧化鋁/鎳陶瓷基複合材,探討在1000℃時的氧化行爲。初期爲介面控制機構,反應形成氧化鎳;而後爲擴散控制機構反應形成NiAl2O4的spinel相。添加氧化鋯於氧化鋁/鎳陶瓷基複合材中,會加快其氧化速率,使spinel相提早生成,其氧化行爲應爲擴散控制。
In the present study, the oxidation behavior of Al2O3/Ni and Al2O3/(ZrO2+Ni) composites at l000℃ is investigated. The composites are prepared by pressureless sintering in CO. In the Al2O3/Ni composites, interfacial reaction controls at the initial stage. At the later stage, diffusion controls and forms NiAl2O4 spinel. Addition of ZrO2 enhances the oxidation rate of Al2O3/Ni composites.
