Abstract
本研究欲瞭解全車阻尼係數的調配與車輛動態特性變化之間的關係,並探討在不同車輛參數數值時,調配全車阻尼係數的方法。首先建立七自由度全車模型,利用D’Alembert法建立系統之運動方程式,並且介紹頻域響應、隨機路面振動響應、凸起路面時域響應的理論推導以及模擬方法和結果。接著用上述三種分析方法探討阻尼對於車輛動態特性的影響,並且利用隨機路面振動響應進行阻尼係數的調配與車輛動態特性變化之間關係之探討。最後,改變車輛不同參數的數值,探討調配阻尼係數的方法。研究中得到調配阻尼係數的評估比較方法以及對於車輛動態特性改善之效果,並且針對車輛參數數值改變時調配阻尼係數的方法。
The purpose of the study is to understand the fundamental relationship
between the adjustment of damping coefficients and the vehicle ride and
handling dynamic characteristics. Firstly, a 7-DOF vehicle model is
introduced, and using D’Alembert principle the equations of motion of the
system are established. Then, the theory of frequency response, random
vibration response, bumper response of the system are introduced. The
three different motion responses are used to investigate the effect of damper
on vehicle dynamics, and the random vibration response is selected to
study the adjustment of damping coefficients on vehicle ride and handling
dynamic characteristics. Lastly, the numerical results of adjustment of
damping coefficients with different vehicle parameter are studied in order
to understand the effects of adjustment of damping coefficients. This study
obtains the fundamental relationship between the adjustment of damping
coefficients and the vehicle ride and handling dynamic characteristics, and
the tendency in adjustment of damping coefficient with different vehicle
parameters.
