Abstract
Sebaceoma (sebaceous epithelioma) is an uncommon cutaneous adnexal tumor with differentiation toward sebaceous unit. We describe a 75-year-old male patient with one pea-sized, skin-colored, round papule with central erosion over his right cheek for more than 10 years. Excisional biopsy of the lesion was performed under the impressioin of basal cell carcinoma. The histopathologic study revealed a basaloid tumor composed of lobules of basaloid cells as well as sebaceous differentiation, which led to the final deagnosis of sebaceoma (sebaceous epithelioma).
