Abstract
There are many operation models of dental clinic. What kind of model is the best choice for dentist? The formal theses are focus in solo practice, group practice, collaboration, chain store or assessment of payment method in hospital. We cannot find the thesis to research every kind of the operation models of dental clinic.
This thesis tries to review the literature of dental operation model and have a questionnaire to the dentists who are interest in dental clinic operation. We also have a PEST and SWOT analysis for this thesis.
The conclusion is “the group practice controlled by dentists themselves” is the best operation model. If this model can develop to the vertical & horizontal integrations it will be better.
We hope this thesis can offer a good choice judgment to the dental school student or dentist who wants to choose the operation model.
