Abstract
ZnO nanorod arrays (ZNAs), grown from aqueous solutions, were integrated into polymer solar cells. Morphological, crystalline and optical properties of ZNAs were studied. Infiltration-improved polymer/ZNAs solar cells by adding fullerene were assembled and characterized. © 2008 IEEE.
