Abstract
The production rate and yield rate was affected by the temperature in the carbonization kiln. To investigate it, we brought up a new idea to analyze the temperature profile by Nist’s numerical program in this paper. We selected a kiln which was filled with bamboo as our analysis model and found out the defects in its production process. In order to reduce these defects, we changed the parameter of kiln model to keep higher temperature and collected some common factors to improve the design of the carbonization kiln.
