Abstract
The distribution of s in Danshuei River estuary has been investigated in two
ways: the traditional area survey and time series monitoring at a selected station. Both
addition and scavenge effect have been identified through a normalization process, or
the end-member plots. Further evidences were obtained by a cultivation experiment,
and the variations of parameters during a tidal period were observed after the
collection of selected samples.
