暴力行爲的認知與展望

　　 The " potential for violence " is a common psychiatric nursing problem. It becomes an key stressor among nursing students and nurses when they came into the psychiatric ward . Recently, related issues of violence got more attention in all of the world. But the related papers of our country are few. This literature wants to explore the basic concept of " violence toward others ", the attribution factors, the management procedures, the physio-psychological effects to nurses, and the perspective issues. Hope nursing staff can thus understand violence from this, and get some new ideas to investigate in the future. 房常見的護理問題之一，亦常是護生或護士入精神科的關鍵式壓力源。近幾年來國外 逐漸重視暴力行為的相關議題，但是國內的論著仍鮮少，尤其朝向他人的暴力行為方 面更是寥寥無幾。故本文擬從此方面之基本概念著手，進一步探討暴力行為的影響因 素，處理步驟，對護理人員身心的影響，以及未來發展課題。希望護理同仁對暴力行 為有完整的認知後，還能有更新的展望與邁進。#2340#
