Abstract
This paper presents a power divider (PD) with controllable transmission zeros at both lower and higher frequencies in out-of-band. By replacing the conventional λ/4 transmission lines in Wilkinson PD with proposed lumped artificial transmission lines, the proposed PD can provide good power dividing/combining characteristic at 2 GHz and transmission zeros at 0.96, 5.02 and 6.05 GHz. The measured results at 2 GHz show that the reflection and transmission coefficients are less than -25 dB and better than -3.6 dB respectively. In addition, the measured insertion loss is higher than 25 dB for each transmission zero.
