Abstract
Front End Service Vehicle is used for supporting the maintenance operation of radio telescope front end assembly. The working environment of Front End Service Vehicle is unique, and front end assembly is fragile, so it is need to take everything into consideration for ensure that Front End Service Vehicle confirms to the requirement of maintenance operation.
This research uses three kinds of analysis to simulate the effects of working environment conditions: high altitude analysis, static analysis, and dynamic analysis. By these analyses, it can purpose the suggestions about the specifications of vehicle components, material thickness, and structure reinforcement to meet the vehicle requirement, and an effective design process of Front End Service Vehicle design.
