In this report, the generalized π -
sharing theory for the retarded type linear
time-delay systems is established and used to
develop a procedure for synthesizing
stabilizing controllers, including PIcontrollers.
The proposed method is based
on the linear matrix inequality formulation
and is easy to apply.
