Abstract
In order to integrate these increasing data and provide the associated information, we develop
a application database system in this research to integrate different formats of fMRI data and
provide the cross-platform application interface. By using the JAVA Web-based interface, it
provides the query function to search the related fMRI datasets and presentation function of the
anatomical brain images. Due to the convenient and easier operating, the related researchers
could get more information and knowledge out of this system even through the Web using the
tablet and PDA.
