Abstract
Most of the current microseparators cannot process high-viscosity fluids directly. In order to solve the current difficulties, we employ a continuous liquid-liquid microseparator using a stretchable helix wire. High-viscosity PMMA/toluenesolutions (1~11 mPa·s) were tested and >80% separation efficiency achieved at a total input flow rate of 1000 Pl/min.
