Abstract
Avascular Necrosis is becoming a popular disease. We still do not understand this disease very clearly at present. At this research, we applied some mathematics models used on brain perfusion to analyze the disease of the Avascular Necrosis. We not only analyzed the perfusion in femoral head but also analyzed the region of perfusion near the femoral head such as femoral neck and inter-tronchanteric (IC) area. In the front part of this research we investigated the suitability of three models: Tofts model, Brix model and Empirical mathematic model. We finally choose the Brix model to quantitatively examine the perfusion parameters of AVN patients. The results indicated that AVN not only affects the femoral head but also affect femoral neck and IC.
