A SCP approach to the Analysis of non-school Education Industry

Abstract
In Taiwan, cram education there is a stereotype, tutoring is growing because of the increased demand. Fertility decline but tutorial constantly, people feel private educational expenditure per person there is an increasing trend. This study examines the education investment in capital cost, often costs and expenditures of family education, and research students in selecting tutoring education and family education of the relationship between expenditure. Cram education is not only the lives of students, junior high students to participate in tutorial is the peak, but the junior high Cram education market, mostly concentrated in the academic tuition, state high school students participate in talent tutorial ratio is very low. Another tendency of high school academic distinction, tutorial subjects except math, English, there were two types of liberal arts and science. In addition, the supplementary education market, demand side changes, increasing demand for work and leisure needs of the family structure changes and other factors, led to increasing demand for supplementary education market. Use SCP mode and five forces analysis to analyze cram education industry development and research as the TEPS database data in the data source and inference. Supplementary education industry, future trends, cram schools in addition to the importance of market share, but also the pursuit of a high degree of customer share is bound to focus on international business, group, information technology and digital direction.In the course content, the need to specialization, professional, consolidation, and Omni-directional orientation to design. This study suggests that, to cram schools to provide multiple programs in place to reduce the adverse conditions in remote areas, so that remedial education and school education track coexistence, mutual benefit. National education policy, in addition to the long-term development of the most crucial primary and secondary education, the more important to raise the rate of return on investment in higher education, to be in school education, with tutoring to play multiple materials and elastic qualities, will be able to meet our needs in education.
