Abstract
This article focuses on changes in the legal system after the lifting of martial law and describe the evolution of criminal compensation law in Taiwan。Then as a context to Adjudication of Grand Justices Council,this thesis view our revision of the criminal compensation law norms。By analysis the competing of Compensation Act for Wrongful Trials on Charges of Sedition and Espionage during the Martial Law Period and Law of Compensation for Wrongful Detentions and Executions,we were able to bring together the practical experience of transitional justice( Vergangenheitsbewaltigung ) and elaborate international criminal law how to dealing with the wrongful act of national systems。Finally, we investigate the case to Navy anti-Communist Pioneer Camp and Judgment approval process,and propose amendments to criminal compensation norms。
