Abstract
This paper presents a modularized power module (PM) designed to enhance efficiency during light-load conditions, which is critical for power semiconductor testing. The proposed system features a cascaded architecture that enables a wide output voltage range of 0 to 1200V while maintaining high efficiency across various operating conditions. The modular design enables the series connection of multiple PMs, offering flexibility and scalability in high-voltage applications. Experimental results validate the effectiveness of the design, demonstrating its ability to operate efficiently under light-load conditions. This paper addresses the challenges associated with high-voltage generation and contributes to modular design strategies that reduce system complexity, ultimately improving the performance of power semiconductor testing platforms.
