Abstract
This paper presents a complete flow for complex noise source modeling based on the equivalent dipole moment theory to analysis RF-desense issues. The near-field phase information is measured using the VNA received mode, and the equivalent dipole moments are reconstructed through a regularized least-squares method. The proposed approach is validated using a DDR chip. Results demonstrate that including phase information enables accurate identification of the interference (CLK) and victim sources (RF), while magnitudeonly reconstruction method often converges to a local minimum, leading to location errors.
