Abstract
A novel sulfur-containing polyimide3SOH-6FPIand the3SOH-6FPI/TiO2hybrids were synthesized and used for memory applications. The resulted hybrid films with different TiO2concentrations exhibited tunable memory properties. The crystalline phase of titania exhibited higher trapping ability to increase the retention time in the ON state.
