Abstract
The main purpose of this thesis is to develop a maximum-power generation control of single-axis sun tracking PV system to overcome the environmental effect such as shading, building orientation etc.
The present study develops a single-axis maximum-power generation technique (1A-MPG) which tracks the sun for best stopping angle every hour. This stopping angle can reduce the shading by high buildings or obtain the maximum solar radiation. So that can let minimize the loss of power generation or improve the power generation.
This optimal power output control of single-axis sun tracking PV system is using two control methods. One is the direct search method, the other is the maximum-power tracking method.
