Abstract
In this study, we synthesize of conducting/insulating di-block copolymers via anionic polymerization. In which, we use poly 1,3-cyclohexadiene as a precursor via dehydrogenation to form poly para-phenylene with conjugated structure. We use two kinds of properties of designs on insulating segments:polystyrene for nonpolar ;poly-2-vinylpyridine for polar.
With the characterizations of di-block copolymers to realize its properties. The analysis of synthesis and composition:Gel Permeation Chromatogapher(GPC)、Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR)、FT-NMR. Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) for the analysis of thermal properties. Testing for its photoelectronic properties by UV-Vis Spectrophotometer(UV)、photoluminescence(PL) and Milliohm meter.
We synthesize the conducting(PPP)/hydrophilic(P2VP) amphiphilic block copolymer, moreover, try to adhere to the nanoparticles(CdS) to turn into polymer/inorganic hybrid materials. We observe the adhesion of CdS nanoparticles with TEM.
