Abstract
Low-grade ESS is uncommon. It constitutes approximately 17% of uterine sarcomas. The sonographic patterns of uterine sarcomas have been described as indistinguishable from benign leiomyomas. We present uncommon sonographic findings and the color Doppler results in two cases of low-grade ESS.
