Abstract
We have developed a new microfuidic device collecting kinesin-driven microtubules, i.e., nanoscale molecular movers, for on-chip molecular sorting without external fluidic actuation power. Our device integrates motor proteins in a microfluidic structure without denaturing them. This paper describes the unique design, biocompatible fabrication, and performance of our device.
