Abstract
Sometimes, government protectionist policies, changes in the economy, etc. can result in a supply-larger-than-demand situation in solar energy supply chains whereby market clearing prices drop dramatically. This study focuses on changing suppliers' order allocations for cost reductions in the stochastic system of solar cell manufacturing in order to generate a cost-effective product which satisfies the end-customer's requirement of efficiency.
