Abstract
The knee is supported by numerous ligaments to create stability and mobility at the same time, permitting flexion, extension, and some rotation. When knee pain is present, there is usually more than one ligament that is injured. Knee pain is common in daily clinical practice and can be treated by ultrasound-guided regenerative medicine. For a satisfactory outcome, knowing the exact sonoanatomy of the ligaments is crucial. Therefore, we will elaborate the anatomy, function, physical examination, ultrasound scanning, and ultrasound-guided injection skills over the knee joint in this chapter.
