Abstract
A new CMOS current conveyor and a new MOSFETcapacitor integrator are presented. High frequency integrated filters can be constructed based on this integrator. Simulation results demonstrate that a third order lowpass ladder filter can achieve a wide bandwidth up to 1.0 MHz. © 1990, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
