Abstract
In this note, for any given n ≥ 3 and 2 ≤ m ≤ n (when m = n, we assume n divides 3 and n ≥ 6), we construct examples of smooth projective varieties X of dimension n with pg(X) = 1, π1 (X) ≅ Z2n and the Kodaira dimension k(X) = m.
