Abstract
Taiwan has entered the era of the services of industry and business recently years, affected by the international market trades the competition of globalization and the economy quickly develops. Because the educational standards of people raise, the per Capita National Income increase and the work chooses to become much more. Obviously the work force of agricultural is relatively reduced. The long-term foundation labor force needed by agriculture is decreased, causes the agricultural labor force unbalances. The pig-raising industry is one of the important agriculture industries in Taiwan, however in the whole agriculture labor force population, the manpower of pig-raising industry of devotion livestock husbandry is less, cause to raise pigs industry missing foundation labor force population, therefore the operator is faced with the tremendous pressure to conduct. The native labor cannot satisfy the labor force of this industry and also make industrial upgrading and transformation face the tremendous challenge. This research collection includes: the literature of the influence of introducing the industry foreign worker into Taiwan, impact of aging populations on the stock raising of the current labor, the production of pig industry in Taiwan, Taiwan pig livestock industry Labor Force Survey Assessment Program, Japan and Korea introduce related data of foreign labor force. According to the above data and the analysis result. The purpose of this research: 1. Supply and demand analysis of Taiwan farm household labor. 2. Pig farmers in the demand for labor and the lack of work situation analysis. 3. Compare the requirement changes in different feeding patterns of pig farm. 4. Compare of the introducing the agriculture foreign worker in Japan and South Korea. This research adopts literature analysis and description statistics carries on the study, collects domestic and international literature data and statistics data respectively to carry on the analysis, acquires the result that the pig-raising labor force within Taiwanese livestock husbandry the shortage and lack of worker''s situation indeed need to introducing the agriculture foreign worker to solve the problem of lack of work.
