Abstract
This paper employed some major concepts of social networks and social capital theories to exam the important topic between technology PRs and journalists, including the relationship between the PRs and journalists and how social capital work in this network.he major findings included:(1)PRs may get advantages or benefit as feedback from journalists, however, PRs had not intended to get those advantages from the beginning. (2)There is “Socialization in PR rooms”. (3)There is subtle class between in-house PRs, PRs in agencies and journalists. (4)Private relationship is unavoidable.(5)Private relationships sometimes could be burdens. (5)The advantages of structural hole are losing.
