Abstract
The cross-strait interaction of Taipei city government is influenced by the Mainland policy of the central government、the Taiwan policy of the CPC(the Communist Party of China)and the interaction between Taipei city government and the central government. With comparative analysis , this thesis observed :、 The frequency of the cross-strait interaction of Taipei city government is getting more often from Chen’s to Ma’s regime. Besides, the establishment of the Department of Information and Tourism and Ma’s policy opening up of tourism for Mainland tourists leads the Taipei city government to engage in publicizing the tourism of Taipei. Finally, the interaction of culture and education are the most popular activities . 、 We can compare the difference between Chen’s and Ma’s standpoint of the cross-strait interaction of Taipei city government with three individual matters:the opening up of visiting Mainland China for the heads of local government、the establishment of the official interaction system between Taipei city and Shanghai city and the introducing of the grand panda from Mainland to Taipei. Chen’s mainland policy tends to independent which leads to the result of not permitting these three interaction projects. On the contrary , Ma’s mainland policy is more open so that these three plans can be achieved and promoted.
