Abstract
Tubular coarctation of the aorta is a rare disease in adults. It is similar in appearance to pseudocoarctation of the aorta, which presents as a tortuous aortic arch, but does not exhibit true pressure gradients. This is a case report of a tubular coarctation of the aorta, unusually located proximal to the left subclavian artery and well demonstrated on intravascular ultrasound.
