Abstract
Building and facility maintenance management needs different field of knowledge, and needs cooperation from multiple departments. However, the information from different source is hard to integrate. This study uses PO-ERP and BIM technology to create a model for integrating all maintenance information throughout the maintenance procedure. A prototype system has been crated for implementing the model and procedure.
There are two aspects of work in maintenance management: the first one is establishing data of equipment, such as the lists of equipment, floor plans, and operating manuals. The second work is schedule and cost control. By extending and modifying functions of PO-ERP, this study implements the concept for maintenance management. Managers can control the cost and schedule in this system, and workers can get the information for their maintenance operation.
