Abstract
In this thesis, we plan to use a simple linker which can directly conjugate with sugar and peptide without any modification on the peptide and saccharide.
Compound 1 is the crosslinker designed for conjugation with unmodified sialic acid and peptide. Compound 1 reacted with sialic acid to give quinoxalinone derivatives 22.
Compound 26 underwent photoligation with n-butylamine to give 3H-azepine derivatives 27, and the gradual disappearance of the azido phenyl group was shown by the UV-Vis spectrum.
