Abstract
Nowadays, most banks set up network bank to provide transaction services which traditional banks provide.
The function of network bank may be a little restricted. However, with the increasing amount of accounts, the network bank has become authorities' main affair. Through sufficient authorization, we can proceed with various transactions on network bank. Nevertheless, the bank authorities do not supply enough information about foreign exchange, only present Exchange Rate and historical data are provided. It is quite insufficient for the accounts that need more information to make investment decision. Without enough immediate information would lead investor's blind investment, especially under the financial statement varying from minute to minute.
We expect to assist investors in making more accurate decision by plentiful information on internet. There is certainly no investment without risk; it is hopefully
for the investor making more beneficial decision and decrease risk under the investment assistant system.
We design several modules with the system. These modules are developed by Microsoft Excel 2003 with built-in VBA (Visual Basic for Application). The information comes
from web base; that means we utilize the program written by excel VBA to collect Exchange Rate information form bank or financial website. Then excel can proceed data mining to provide the user with agiotage information.
