Abstract
With the rapid development of cities, the increasing pressure in daily life gradually causes the situation of detachment from the natural or green environment, especially for workers in high-pressure indoor environments. Over the past 3 decades of research on related human-environmental studies have been widely confirmed that exposure to the natural environment can reduce stress, relax physical-mind health benefits. This article uses the attention restoration theory, preference matrix, and eight perceived dimensions to discuss the impact of the environmental attributes and configuration of Taipei's Urban Lung-Daan Forest Park. Moreover, using one research to discuss people who have been working under high pressure that limited their time to connect with nature. After exposure to urban green space, people do relieve anxiety and feel relax. This article is expected to provide a reference for landscape planning on the configuration of environmental attributes and psychological benefits.
