Abstract
The study intends to develop a higher efficiency cooling cycle system which combine the ultra sonic humidifier to obtain evaporate cooling and heat pipe in order to achieve energy saving.
There are three parts in this research. The first part is related to the performance of the Ultra-sonic humidifier, and then we discuss the influence of the flow of wind and work fluid on the pre-cooling system with the supersaturated spray cooling.
Results of this study show that if the flow of wind is smaller, the ability of pre-cooling will be better. This is because there is more time for the working fluid to perform heat transfer. In addition, the greater the flow rate of working fluid, the better the effect of the recycling. The energy saving efficiency has maximum value at 1338 CMH for air and 16 LPM for working fluid. The main purpose of the system is to reduce the load of the chiller by increasing precooling effect Thus, the results can design an optimizing process of cold energy recycling system.
