Abstract
In this article , we report a 5-year-old girl with urethral prolapse, presenting as bloodstains on her underwear and a dark-reddish, circular mass protruding from the introitus. There are no other genitourinary tract abnormalities. She was treated by “4-point electrocoagulation”. The final result is favorable without any complication.
