Abstract
In this master thesis, we focus on carrier transport characteristic of organic light emitting Diode at low temperature.
According to the assumption that the carriers in organic material transport by jumping(hopping), we try decreasing ambient temperature, increasing strength of electric field, scaling device size and changing the thickness of the organic layer for observing the dependence on temperature and carrier mobility, electric field and carrier transport and I-V curve. In order to obtained the value of carrier mobility from transient electroluminesence experiment, we''ve simplified formula to approximate electroluminesence delay time, and calculated Alq3 carrier mobility based on this formula.
