Abstract
A 61-year-old man presented with epigastric pain and inferior ST-segment elevation on ECG. Angiography revealed only a 70% stenosis in a branch of the left anterior descending coronary artery. CT showed ischemic colitis, which was confirmed on laparotomy with right hemicolectomy.
