Abstract
Innovation is a goal of every govenment around the world to advocate in recent years. And innovation is also a crucial factor that will determine how competitive an enterprise will be in this knowledge economy. With information technology rapid developments, not only could it make information flow much faster and more convenient, but also make everyone can easily design things that perfectly fit his(or her) demand by tools like AutoCAD and program language. And it is one of the effective methods through operations of innovation trade platform to make scattered innovation energy contribute its benefits to societies.o deepen the research in this topic, the methodology adopted in this research is case research. In this study, you can find out innovation trade platform cases are categorized into four categories by their characteristics, and one or two cases from each as representatives. And in each case, we are going to look into its business activities and outline this industry.n the aspect of analysis, firstly, it is determined as a decentralized industry structure by Eisemann’s model. It means there are going to be several platforms in the market with their own niches respectively. And after the business models analysis, the results showed their competitiveness as sustained competive advantage, temporary competive advantage, and competive parity through VRISA analysis.inally, there are given some suggestions and strategy recommends for the innovation trade platforms in each competitive position determined by VRISA analysis. And hopefully someday when it comes to challenges, the enterprises could find out their effective strategies with this thesis as reference.
