Abstract
Selecting specific antibodies of the cell from the phage display library is essential for targeted therapy. However, traditional methods need a heavily manual operation and involve many devices. To tackle these limitations, we developed an integrated and low-cost microfluidic chip to promote screening efficiency. This method allows us to reduce the reaction time between phage selection cycles.
