Abstract
In this research, the sandwich evaporation technique (SET) process was exploited to fabricate perovskite solar cells. In the SET process, the use of the seed layer MAI and double-interdiffusion exhibit the great uniformity and coverage of the film in the ascendant. Also, the quality of the perovskite is further enhanced with the deposition environment controlling (DEC) method. The solvent-induced process effectively decelerates the reaction rate to achieve better film formation. The maximum grain size is beyond than 900nm and the highest efficiency is more than 14.5%.
