Abstract
The influence of temperature on the electroosmotic flow of an aqueous salt solution containing multiple monovalent ionic species in a pH-regulated, zwitterionic cylindrical pore is modeled. The applicability of the model developed is verified by fitting it to the experimental data in the literature. The temperature, solution pH, and buffer concentration are examined for their influences on the electroosmotic mobility. Mobility-temperature-buffer concentration and mobility-temperature-pH regression relationships are recovered, providing information for devices design. ? 2014 Elsevier B.V.
