Abstract
This thesis is aiming to achieve a total understanding of economical globalization, and the impact it brings. What strategies enterprises should take? Can the whole judicial surroundings follow up to make “Business Mergers and Acquisitions Act” to be adapted to globalization in order to let the enterprises to enter to the global market successfully. Understanding that Mergers and Acquisitions is to distribute sources properly, to reach the effect of “economy of scale”, and to grasp information rapidly is the short-cut to the global competition. This thesis introduces four strategies about Mergers and Acquisitions, Private equity、Corporate governance、Knowledge economy、forms of Mergers and Acquisitions. And this thesis proposes one advice, enterprises in Taiwan should found holding company to grasp global enterprise finance operations and productive enterprise, and should take the advantage of Taiwanese entrepreneurs’ familiarity with Asia.
On the laws about forms of Mergers and Acquisitions, we discuss the Mergers and Acquisitions models enterprises take to review the problem of judicial surroundings of Mergers and Acquisitions in Taiwan. We hope to simplify the judicial system to decrease the level of governmental interference. And further we discuss other possible social impacts.
Enterprises in Taiwan need the know-how and knowledge of cross-border M&A and international enterprises administration. The government should focus on establishing a free and fair surrounding, in order to face the challenge and impact of economical globalization.
