Abstract
Being one of a series of quantitative
research for paternalistic leadership--
benevolence, moral, and authoritarian-- tri
element model. At first, the psychometric
characteristics of Paternalistic Leadership
Questionnaire will be analyzed for
understanding the factor structure by explore
factor analysis (EFA), and examine the
validity of paternalistic leadership tri-element
model by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).
It was found that paternalistic leadership
consists of benevolence, moral, authoritarian.
Then, understand the relationship between
paternalistic leadership and organizational
commitment, loyal to supervisor, trust to
supervisor, performance evaluation by self
and satisfaction to supervisor by correlation
and regression analysis. Finally, hypothesis
of paternalistic leadership model was supported .
