Abstract
Wearable medical electronics have played an essential role in remote health monitoring and disease diagnosis. However, a self-powered wearable patch that is capable of accelerating wound healing and suitable for directly affixing to the human body remains a challenge. In this work, we established a flexible stretchable sandwich-structured triboelectric patch, composed of double-layer polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membrane with a hydrogel embedded. The bottom layer is compounded with Ag NWs to enhance the electric field between the electronic patch and the body. The hydrogel acts as an ionically conductive and stretchable electrode that can transmit tribo charges to Ag NWs. It has been demonstrated that wound healing was promoted distinctly by the periodic contact and separation between the cloth and PDMS layer induced by biomechanical motions. This study presents a concrete and significant step of wearable medical electronics in practical applications.
