Abstract
馬達偏心會對於機械系統造成損害,嚴重甚至會危害人員安全,因此偏心故障診斷成為主流研究目標。本文專注於永磁同步馬達(Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motor, PMSM)之在線偏心診斷技術,透過外接式電流感測器,進行非侵入式之即時電流量測。透過滑動視窗(Sliding Window)判斷電流極值,並以計算極值的變化取代需龐大的計算量、且無法在微控制器上運算的包絡線分析,使得診斷演算法得以在微控制器上執行。本文使用不同偏心程度的馬達測試治具進行偏心診斷演算法效能驗證。
Motor eccentricity will cause damage to the mechanical system, and even endanger the safety of personnel. Therefore, eccentricity fault diagnosis has become a mainstream research target. This article will focus on the Real-Time eccentricity diagnosis technology of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and conduct non-invasive real-time current measurement through the external current sensor. Through the current extreme value judged by the sliding pane, the calculation of the change of the extreme value replaces the envelope analysis, which has a large amount of calculation and cannot be operated on the microcontroller, so that the diagnostic algorithm can be operated on the microcontroller. This article will use different degrees of eccentricity to verify the performance of the eccentricity diagnosis algorithm.
