Abstract
In this work, method of controlling the morphology of ZnO NR arrays has been demonstrated. Moreover, with different morphologies of ZnO NR arrays affect the efficiencies of inverted PBDTTT-C-T:PC[70]BM polymer solar cells. By means of controlling the morphology of ZnO NR arrays, the device power conversion efficiency has been enhanced from 1.89% to 6.07%, Voc 2 from 0.45V to 0.75V, short current from 11.4 to 13.9 mA/cm and fill factor from 36% to 59%. To summarize, a low-cost, mass fabrication and easily solution-processed method to enhance the device PCE of inverted polymer solar cell has been showed in this study.
