Abstract
Design of personal mobile device''s become the viewpoint of extension of office equipment is from the times of the feature phone era, but the personal digital assistant didn''t become one of the device of office use . It is thus clear that be not purely bring in the office to personal equipment is successful BYOD result . With the popularity and prevalence of mobile devices, the “Mobility” turned to change mankind''s life and “BYOD” approach become an an irreversible trend. How Taiwan''s industries consider about this ? Is it possible to learn from global research result ? This thesis from collect foreign research and statistics report to summarize the key elements of foreign enterprises in the face of related issues, to simulate the domestic industry in the decision-making process establishment of the model and the discrepancy of the key factor. Through reference management decision logic “Golden Circle”, strategic thinking “Business Model Canvas” and industry international best practice “ISO, NIST, COBIT” framework , with a variety of commercially relevant technology solutions and concepts. This thesis proposed a template of rational decision model by decision (WHY) to how to do (HOW) and what should be done (WHAT). Hope to provide the executive of enterprise to have the ability through the decision model of reasonableness , create the proper respond of organization, procedure and system to ensure the reaching of expectation efficiency while facing the related problem.
