Abstract
This paper illustrates a health information management for part-time engineers scenario inside an aged, renowned and great national healthcare enterprise in Taiwan. The major activities for an information center are experiments to harmonize all-inclusive information-oriented projects, even lead them. In order to cover most of the related activities, we disclose one of the key success factors, emerging the part-time engineers, correlated with some management views about information, knowledge, personnel, project, risk, and strategy. We also conceive that such management evidence could supply information management thoughts for further endorsement. ? 2008 IEEE.
